He joined Seiko Instruments Inc. in 1989. After gaining approximately a decade of experience within headquarters, he built a solid career in a manufacturing subsidiary and a business management department before relocating to a Thailand-based subsidiary as a Director.
Upon returning to Japan in 2017, he joined the Finance & Accounting Department of ABLIC Inc. (formerly SII Semiconductor Limited). He was appointed CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in April 2023. In June 2026, he assumed the role of CAO (Chief Administrative Officer), expanding his responsibilities to oversee the Human Resources & General Affairs Department and the Information Systems Department in addition to the Finance & Accounting Department, a position he holds to the present day.
He believes that ABLIC fosters a corporate culture that is highly positive toward—and even eager for—new challenges, providing an exceptional environment for him.

As the head of corporate headquarters, when risks arise during business expansion or when undertaking new initiatives, his role is not to fear or dismiss them. Instead, he aims to support these endeavors and manage risks effectively to facilitate business growth, while cultivating an environment where his colleagues at ABLIC can pursue challenges with peace of mind. Although he does not directly deliver ABLIC's semiconductors to customers around the world, he feels profound pride and joy in contributing to the company's business expansion and corporate-wide challenges.
