Automotive Voltage Trackers

A voltage tracker is an IC that outputs a voltage to the VOUT pin that is equal to the voltage (VADJ) input to the ADJ pin.
ABLIC's automotive voltage trackers contribute to high-accuracy sensing with a low offset voltage of ±4.5mV, a current consumption during power-off of 3.7μA, and a compact package size of 2.0×3.0mm. They also feature a reverse current protection function that protects the IC from overvoltage application, and an anomaly notification function that detects abnormal activity and outputs its status.
Moreover, our automotive voltage trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable. This ensures high quality and reliability, making them suitable for safety critical components such as EPS motors and traction inverters. We also support customers' automotive application designs through thermal simulation service and the provision of FIT rate.
