Automotive Voltage References

An automotive voltage reference is an IC that provides a high-precision, stable reference voltage within electronic control systems, regardless of fluctuations in power supply voltage or temperature.
ABLIC's shunt voltage references are a type of voltage reference characterized by an output voltage accuracy of ±0.1%, an output voltage temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C, and output noise of 28μVRMS. In addition to the standard SOT-23-3 package, they are available in the ultra-small/thin 1.6mm × 1.6mm HSNT-6(1616)B package.
Moreover, our automotive voltage references are AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable. This ensures high quality and reliability, making them suitable for safety critical components such as ADAS domain controllers. We also support customers' automotive application designs through the provision of FIT rate.
