Meet the Growing Needs for Automotive Cameras
Achieves a smaller automotive camera module power supply with the industry's smallest* mounting area (8.2mm × 8.2mm).- Prevents heat concentration in the PMIC and
helps suppress heat generation within the automotive camera module.
No initialization is required at power-on, as settings are preconfigured before factory shipment.
3-Channel Output PMIC Achieving the Industry's Smallest* Mounting Area
for Automotive Camera Modules.
Compact Power Supply Design with the Industry’s Smallest* Mounting Area
The S-19560B Series is a compact 3-channel PMIC that integrates two buck DC-DC converters and one LDO regulator in a space-saving HSNT-8(2030) package (3.0 × 2.0 × t0.5mm).
When combined with a small, high-PSRR LDO regulator such as the S-19255 Series, it enables a power supply configuration with the smallest mounting area in the industry*.

Suppresses Heat Generation in Automotive Camera Modules
When designing a power supply for an automotive camera module using the S-19560B Series, an external LDO regulator is connected to power the CMOS image sensor. This design helps distribute heat that would otherwise concentrate in the PMIC, improving the overall thermal balance of the camera module.
Furthermore, by minimizing the distance between the CMOS image sensor and the LDO regulator, disturbance noise on the power line can also be reduced.
No Initialization Required at Power-On
The output voltage and startup sequence of the S-19560B Series are set to a single configuration at the time of factory shipment. This eliminates the need for an initialization after power-on, allowing the device to be used immediately as a power supply. As a result, it reduces the burden of power supply design for camera modules.
