Battery Protection IC for 1-cell Pack (Secondary Protection) S-8206A Series

The S-8206A Series is used for secondary protection of lithium-ion / lithium polymer rechargeable batteries, and incorporates a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit and a delay circuit.

Detection delay time is generated only by an internal circuit
(external capacitors are unnecessary).

(Overcharge hysteresis voltage can be selected from a range of 0.05 V to 0.4 V in 50 mV step.)

  • U(Ux), S and G at the end of the product name of ABLIC Inc. were used to indicate different material specifications as “environmental code”,
