The S-19760/1 Series achieves the industry’s highest* output voltage accuracy of ±0.1% and the industry’s lowest* output voltage temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C. This superior temperature characteristic allows the S-19760/1 Series to supply a high-precision, stable reference voltage even in harsh environments. Specifically, when used as a reference voltage for an A/D converter, it contributes to improving the accuracy of sensor readings.

Enables Higher Precision and Design Simplification with Low Noise
The S-19760/1 Series achieves low output noise of 28μVRMS (at an output voltage of 2.048V). This feature helps minimize the measurement error of A/D converters that convert sensor signals into digital values. Furthermore, it enables the simplification or reduction of external filter circuits for noise, leading to simplified system design and overall cost reduction.
Enables Use as a Reference Voltage for Multiple Circuits Due to High Output Current
The S-19761 Series features a maximum shunt current of 30mA, enabling its use as a reference voltage for multiple circuits or as a high-precision power supply with a single IC. This eliminates the need for external buffer circuits, contributing to a reduced number of components, lower costs, and space savings.
