Overview
A Traction Inverter converts high-voltage battery DC power into 3-phase AC power, which in turn, drives the traction motor.
ABLIC has produced a number of high caliber IC's that are ideal for Traction Inverter operation. ABLIC offers a comprehensive array of products: such as the Isolated Flyback Controller that supplies power to gate drivers, Voltage Trackers that supply power to Linear Hall effect ICs for current sensing, Battery Monitoring ICs that detect 12V battery overvoltage and undervoltage, and Window Voltage Detectors that monitor MCU.

The S-19760/1 Series achieves the industry's highest output voltage accuracy of ±0.1% and the industry's lowest output voltage temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C. This superior temperature characteristic allows the S-19760/1 Series to supply a high-precision, stable reference voltage even in harsh environments. Specifically, when used as a reference voltage for an A/D converter, it contributes to improving the accuracy of sensor readings.
