Is there a recommended output capacitance (CL) for the S-19212 Series when using a ceramic capacitor? Also, what's the reason for this selection?
The S-19212 Series recommends an output capacitance of 1μF or more. We've confirmed that the device operates stably without oscillation, even with a capacitor having an ESR of about 100Ω. This is due to a design that prevents oscillation by maintaining a stable phase. Specifically, we recommend ceramic capacitors like the TDK CGA5L3X8R1H105M (1μF), as listed in the datasheet.
