The S-8564/5 Series delivers a 1A output, enabling devices to achieve greater functionality and higher performance.

With a 36V input (absolute maximum rating of 45V) and a synchronous rectification switching regulator (DC-DC converter), it features the industry’s smallest^* HSNT-8(2030) package (3.0 × 2.0 × t0.5 (max.) mm). The S-8564/5 is ideal for industrial equipment, housing facilities, and home appliances, contributing to significant downsizing of machines and modules.
For applications where mountability is of prime concern, the lineup also includes the HTMSOP-8, a gull-wing package option.

The S-8564/5 Series includes a built-in spread spectrum clock generation (SSCG) circuit that reduces conducted and radiated emissions, lowering overall system EMI. Compared with our conventional products, noise is reduced to about one-third.
As a result, the S-8564/5 Series simplifies noise countermeasures and contributes to the low-noise operation of various sensors and communication modules.

The S-8564/5 Series is designed for a diverse range of applications, from consumer to industrial equipment, and features the industry’s top-class^* FB pin voltage accuracy of ±1.0%.
This enhances output voltage accuracy, ensuring stable equipment operation. Its 105°C operation temperature capability provides reliable performance even in high-temperature environments.
