The S-19116xxxA Series achieves the industry’s fastest* detection response of 6.8µs max., approximately 97% faster than our previous S-19115xxxA Series, all while maintaining a low current consumption of 2.0μA typ.
The industry’s fastest* detection response enhances system safety by rapidly monitoring voltage increases supplied to the MCU and sensors, then outputting a detection signal to the microcontroller.
Additionally, by minimizing current consumption during operation, it helps reduce the overall system standby current.

The S-19116xxxA Series achieves the industry’s fastest* detection response of 6.8µs max., approximately 97% faster than our previous S-19115xxxA Series, all while maintaining a low current consumption of 2.0μA typ.
In battery voltage monitoring applications, it also enables a quick switch to a backup power source by rapidly detecting voltage increases caused by charging abnormalities, thereby ensuring a stable power supply. This helps maintain uninterrupted system operation.
Additionally, by minimizing current consumption during operation, it helps reduce the overall system standby current.

Meeting the demand for smaller automotive devices with an ultra-compact package
The S-19116xxxA Series is housed in an ultra-compact 2.46 × 1.96 × t0.5 (max.) mm HSNT-6 (2025) automotive package that reduces the footprint of this series by about 20% over our conventional products. The reduction of capacitors connected to the ECU input and a smaller package contribute to additional space saving in automotive devices.
In addition, we also provide a lineup of versatile SOT-23-5 packages.
SENSE pin contributes to even higher-accuracy monitoring.
The detection voltage input pin (SENSE pin) has a wide rated voltage of -30 to 45V that can handle not only high voltage but also negative voltage input.
As a result, the SENSE pin can be connected before the reverse current protection diode.
This enables the SENSE pin to cancel out the lowering of detection accuracy caused by manufacturing variations of the reverse current protection diode to further enhance the high accuracy of voltage monitoring.
And since a reverse connection protection diode is connected between the SENSE and VSS pins, it will be able to handle tests for reverse battery connection even if it is connected before the reverse current protection diode.
