Firstly, I would like to wish all of you a very Happy New Year.
Last year the international economy was subject to a dizzying array of change, while in technology we witnessed an acceleration in digital innovation, marking the current era of AI and IoT with an amazing stream of new developments. At the end of the year, the first Osaka World’s Fair in fifty years was also announced, encouraging great expectations for this opportunity to once again showcase Japan’s renowned technological capabilities to the world.
Our company has a fifty-year history as an analog semiconductor manufacturer, and in January last year we relaunched under our new company name of ABLIC. Our entire company came together to face the challenges and changes in business operations, and we have now successfully begun our second year under our new name. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank each and every one of you for the tremendous support that has made this possible.
This year we will continue to provide analog semiconductor products that meet customer needs under our “Small Smart Simple” company vision, as well as to do our part toward the creation of an affluent society through what we call our “Achieving the Impossible” technologies. I thank you all for your continued support as we continue to move forward.
