An Automotive PMIC (Power Management IC) is an IC that integrates multiple DC-DC converters and LDOs into a single package. It is designed to flexibly control the supply, ON/OFF switching, voltage value changes, and start-up sequence of multiple power supply voltages for automotive equipment.
ABLIC offers a 3-channel output PMIC that incorporates two buck DC-DC converters and one LDO regulator. It utilizes the compact HSNT-8(2030) package, measuring 2.0 × 3.0 × t0.5mm. This IC is equipped with a wide variety of features to meet user needs, including overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, spread spectrum clock generation (SSCG) function, discharge shunt function, and under voltage lockout (UVLO).
Moreover, our automotive PMICs are AEC-Q100 qualified (in progress) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable. This ensures high quality and reliability, making them ideal for the power supply of automotive camera modules. We also support customers' automotive application designs through the provision of FIT rate.
