特点

针对各节电池的高精度电压检测电路
过充电检测电压n (n = 1 ~ 3)
 3.600 V ~ 4.700 V (进阶单位为50 mV)
  : 精度±20 mV (Ta = +25°C)
  : 精度±25 mV (Ta = −10°C ~ +60°C)
过充电滞后电压n (n = 1 ~ 3)*1
 0.0 mV ~ −550 mV (进阶单位为50 mV)
 −300 mV ~ −550 mV : 精度±20%
 −100 mV ~ −250 mV : 精度±50 mV
 −50 mV : 精度±25 mV
 0.0 mV : 精度−25 mV ~ +20 mV
过充电检测延迟时间仅通过内置电路即可实现 (不需要外接电容)
可选择过充电检测延迟时间 : 1 s, 2 s, 4 s, 6 s, 8 s
可选择过充电解除延迟时间 : 2 ms, 64 ms
内置定时复位延迟电路
可选择输出方式 (S-8223A/C系列)
