Offers Ideal Solution for Handheld / Compact Ultrasound Systems
By combining the industry's first 64-channel transmitter/receiver IC, high-speed ADC, and ±150V high-voltage analog switch, a handheld/compact ultrasound imaging system with a simple design can be achieved.
- The industry's first 64-channel ultrasound signal transmitter circuit and echo signal receiver circuit in a single package
- A high-speed 8-channel ADC that receives signal processing and a 32-channel high-voltage analog switch for piezoelectric transducer element selection are used.
- An AFE for diagnostic ultrasound systems can be configured with fewer components, taking integration into account in the probe.

Features of the 64-ch transmitter/receiver IC S-US75 series
In the conventional set-up, two 32-channel transmitter ICs and two 32-channel receiver ICs were required to configure a 64-channel transmitter/receiver circuit. The S-US75 series is the industry's first 64-channel transmitter circuit and 64-channel receiver circuit on a single chip, making it possible to configure a 64-channel transmitter/receiver circuit with a single S-US75 series, contributing to a reduction in the number of components and mounting space for the application.
The S-US75 series is ideal for miniaturization in handheld/compact ultrasound system development. Additionally, ABLIC's low current consumption technology reduces AFE power consumption, which is important in handheld/compact ultrasound system development.
